THE early years - lol

My passion for photography began in high school when I picked up my first film camera. From that moment, I was hooked, immersing myself in the craft. Those early years were filled with capturing sports events, graduation portraits, and candid shots of hometown friends, allowing me to explore various styles and techniques. My father even built a darkroom in my bedroom closet, giving me the opportunity to develop and print my own photos. That hands-on experience not only deepened my appreciation for the process but also ignited my drive to create lasting, authentic images.

In early 2010, I embarked on a new photographic journey, focusing on Glamour and Beauty photography with women as my primary subjects. At the time, I held a senior position at a Fortune 100 company and was cautious about blending my professional identity with my creative work. To keep my photography separate, I turned to a marketing-savvy friend for help in brainstorming a unique brand name. After tossing around a few ideas, we landed on "Visual Poison"—and from there, everything took off.

Within two years of dedicated projects and collaborating with models, I achieved my first major breakthrough: a feature in MAXIM USA. That milestone opened the door to many exciting opportunities, and since then, my work has been featured in over a dozen magazines, both in print and online, solidifying my place in the world of glamour photography.

Over the years, my photography has taken me around the world, shooting in some of the most exotic and breathtaking locations. I've had the privilege of working with a variety of clients, including Swimsuit USA, EntertainHD, and Wepeople. From collaborating with well-known Playboy models with millions of followers to capturing the beauty of incredible mothers and mothers-to-be, each experience has enriched my creative journey in its own way.

I like to think of myself as a blend of a nerd and an artist—a mix of technical curiosity and creative vision. My laid-back, easygoing nature shapes both my work and my outlook on life. I prefer to keep things simple and enjoy the moment, and I definitely don’t take life too seriously. With all the division in the world today, I believe in the power of humor. At the end of the day, I’m always looking for a reason to laugh!
